A tremendous amount of planning and work goes into having a litter. We believe in doing it right and that means work! We also only breed a litter with the goal in mind of keeping a puppy to raise here and the littermates are then carefully matched with their new families.

Kinetic Aussies have their eyes cleared and their hips graded by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) prior to breeding. Our Aussie puppies are lovingly raised and cared for in our home. Puppies are handled daily and socialization has begun by the time the puppies are placed with their new families.


At Kinetic Australian Shepherds, we have puppies only occasionally. Our Aussies are registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC) and the Australian Shepherd Club of America (ASCA). All Kinetic pups have their eyes checked and cleared prior to going to their new homes.

Kinetic Australian Shepherds are currently competing in conformation, agility, obedience, rally, flyball, herding and are exceptionally wonderful family members!

Kinetic Pups are available to approved homes only. We will have questions for you as a prospective owner to ensure a good match, a satisfied owner, and a lifetime home for the puppy.

Aussies are an active, need-to-stay-busy breed. Yes, they are very smart, but along with being smart come some other attributes you should be aware of.

Australian Shepherds need to be socialized and start training at an early age. This means you need to put in the time when they are young so you will like what you have as a teenager/adult. Aussies - like children - can not raise themselves.
Aussies are a herding breed with herding characteristics. Please research the breed and ask questions before bringing an Australian Shepherd into your family. Be sure to visit with Aussies of all ages to understand their activity level as youngsters. Sometimes our older Aussies give the illusion of a calm, laid back dog and that only comes with training and socialization.
